GREAT Glow in the Dark Skirt Layers. Silicone Skirt Layers or Pads are used to make Jig and Spinner Bait Skirts. The layers are approximately 5.5" long and are slit to 20 strands except for 1⁄4" on each end which holds the strands together. A wide variety of colors, patterns, and strand widths are available.
