Silicone Skirt Layers or Pads are used to make Jig and Spinner Bait Skirts. The layers are approximately 51⁄2" long and are slit to 20 strands except for 1⁄4" on each end which holds the strands together. A wide variety of colors, patterns, and strand widths are available.
