How to Contact Us Barlow’s accepts orders placed via our website, by mail, email, phone, or fax. Our hours are Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm (Central). Payments We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and PayPal. For credit card payments, you must provide your card number, expiration date, and 3 digit security code. PayPal can be used for payment on orders placed online. We cannot accept PayPal as payment for orders mailed in or placed over the phone.

Minimum Order Barlow's minimum order amount is $15.00 in merchandise, after any applicable product discount and prior to shipping and handling fees.
Standard Shipping Barlow’s ships by USPS and UPS. We select shipping methods for orders based on order contents, the delivery address, and shipping weight. Shipments to P.O. box addresses are sent via USPS. Heavy and oversize shipments may incur additional shipping fees.
Standard shipping to addresses in the 48 continental United States for orders is $8.95. Standard shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico is $15.00. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico that include heavy items may require additional shipping charges.
Additional shipping charges may be incurred for packages returned due to incomplete or incorrect customer-provided shipping information.
Expedited Shipping Barlow’s offers Next Day, Second Day, and 3-Day expedited shipping via UPS. Fees for expedited shipping are calculated by order weight. Please call us toll-free at 800-707-0208 to place an expedited shipping order.
Return Policy Barlow’s accepts unused merchandise for credit or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase date. Name-brand merchandise must be returned in the original, undamaged packaging. We do not accept returns on items with opened or damaged packaging. Merchandise returned after 30 days but prior to 90 days will be assessed a restocking fee of up to 30% of the product’s retail value. Merchandise cannot be returned after 90 days. If a product is defective we must be notified within 30 days of purchase for replacement, refund, or credit.
Used merchandise may not be returned unless defective. Call 972-231-5982 for approval before returning used merchandise.
Shipping fees are not refunded on returns/exchanges unless a product or shipping error was made on our part, in which case Barlow’s will credit return postage and pay for any replacement/shipping charges. Please ship returns the least expensive way possible. Barlow's only refunds the shipping charge up to the amount it would cost to ship the merchandise out to you. Barlow's will not refund shipping cost on "High Cost" shipping such as Fed Ex, UPS Air, or Express Mail. Barlow’s reserves the right to either provide credit for or replacement of items missing from orders or damaged during shipment.
Merchandise returned for exchange should include complete information on items requested for exchange, including stock number, product description, size/color, and quantity. Customers will be required to pay shipping charges for any exchanges.
Merchandise damaged during shipping must be reported to us within 10 days or the merchandise may not be replaced.
Sales Tax Shipments to destinations in Texas will be charged an additional 8.25% sales tax on all orders, as required by state law.
Barlow’s is proud to serve our international customers. Our minimum order for international orders is $100.00 in merchandise, prior to any applicable shipping fees. International orders for less than $100.00 will not be processed.
International shipping fees are calculated based on order size/weight. If ordering on our website, shipping on international orders will appear as $0.00 when you place your order. International shipping charges will be calculated and added to your order when it is ready to ship.
International orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class or Priority International Mail. International orders are shipped via USPS “Flat Rate” boxes whenever possible, as this is typically the least expensive priority shipping method. USPS shipment confirmation, including tracking information, will be sent to the email address used to place the order.
An international order processing fee of $10.00 will be added to final shipping fees for all international orders. This fee covers the additional time required to process and ship international orders.

Payment – Payment amounts shown are in U.S. dollars. Amounts do not include any duties, taxes, or insurance.
Duties, Taxes, and Additional Fees – All duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected at the time of package arrival. Please contact your local customs office for more information on your country’s fees, as we do not have this information. On rare occasions some countries may charge extra shipping charges upon arrival. These fees are not know by Barlow's Tackle and are not covered by our shipping charges.
Non-shippable Items – International postal regulations restrict us from shipping any liquids, flammable, or pressurized materials. This includes items such as paints or liquid plastics.
Customs Declarations – U.S. Customs Forms will be applied to the exterior of each package in your order. As a policy, we will not identify any international shipments as “SAMPLES” or “GIFT.” We are also unable to indicate shipment values lower than the actual order value. Barlow’s lists the value on customs forms as the value of the order merchandise less any shipping costs.
Customs Regulations – Barlow’s does not track customs regulations for individual countries. We encourage you to contact your local customs office if you think there may be customs restrictions on any of the items you wish to order. In particular, we recommend checking for any regulations around natural materials such as bucktails, kiptails, feathers, and skins, and synthetic materials such as plastic lures and silicone skirt materials. Barlow’s will not be held responsible for any replacement, re-shipment, or refund for any materials seized by local customs officials. Information on materials contained in or used in the manufacture of any item on our website is limited to what is on the package labels, in our catalog, or on our website. We are unable to provide any additional information.
Invoices – Shipping invoices will be included with your shipment. Information provided on invoices includes Barlow’s contact information, your shipping information, and details on items in the order, including stock number, product description, quantity, and price.
Shipment Tracking – All international shipments are sent via United States Postal Service (USPS)Priority Mail International. USPS shipping confirmation will be sent to the email address provided with your order. This confirmation includes the tracking number for your shipment. Please ensure that the email address provided with your order is accurate, or we will be unable to contact you with order shipment information. Tracking and numerical identification for shipments is applicable up to the point of delivery to local postal offices. Barlow’s is not responsible for delivery once a shipment has arrived in the receiving country. Upon request, we will be happy to provide package tracking information, which can usually be used to track packages locally to final delivery.
Out-of-Stock Items – Any items not available when your order ships will be removed from your order. You will not be charged for these items. These items will be noted on your invoice as “Out of Stock” and WILL NOT be shipped at a later date.
