Silicone Skirt Layers or Pads are used to make Jig and Spinner Bait Skirts. The layers are approximately 5.5" long and are slit to 20 strands except for 1⁄4" on each end which holds the strands together.
These silicone layers have a matte finish to replicate the look of living rubber.
