This 12 inch Mega Curly Tail Grub's body thickness is 1.38", the body length is 5.5" and the curly tail is .12" thick. The total length of this bait with its tail extended is 12 inches.
This is a single cavity mold that can be used for making laminate or solid color baits. You must use a 6oz or larger injector to shoot this bait.
This mold is best used with a hard saltwater blend of plastisol. Inject this mold slow and hold pressure for 15-20 seconds. Let the mold/bait sit unopened for 2-4 minutes, then remove the bait and place it in a bucket of water to allow it to fully harden.
***Caution: When removing the bait from the mold, the inside will still be hot liquid plastisol - be sure to use safety gear including gloves and leave it in the cold water until it is fully hardened.
Once fully hardened, use a knife to cut off the "ball/sprue" from the front of the bait.
