For the fisherman who makes his own skirts with either silicone layers or rubber strand material. These skirt collars have 2 ears that will hold the hard plastic rattle. You may use either one or two rattles in the collar. Designed for the metal ball rattles, but will also accept a glass rattle.
Rattles sold separately.
These collars will not work with the Skirt Making Pliers.
The black collars are rubber and the clear ones are silicone.
