Do-it Injectors are incredibly easy to use. Both sizes are designed to work with Do-it CNC and Do-it Essentials injection molds. The 4 oz. injector works great for small to medium-size baits, while the 6 oz. injector is perfect for larger baits, including big Senkos, worms, shad, and craws.
To use your Do-it injector, simply pull on the injector handle to fill it with melted liquid plastic, then push the melted plastic into your injection mold until you feel slight resistance. Do-it Injectors are made from machined aluminum for quicker cooling between liquid plastic refills.
Nozzle measurements for Do-It Injectors:
- Exterior nozzle diameter - approximately 5/8"
- Interior nozzle diameter - approximately 3/8"
- Nozzle length - approximately 1/4"
The nozzles on the Do-It injectors do not have a locking pin.
Please note: Heat resistant gloves should always be used when pouring worms and other soft baits with plastic injectors. Do-it injectors do not use a locking pins to hold the nozzles on. Additional care and awareness should be used.
