The Weedless Compact Jig was designed to bring you a heavy duty solution for finesse jig fishing applications. It's weight-forward design encourages this jig to quickly bomb down to bottom for pitching and flipping scenarios, but balanced to stay upright when dragging bottom. This jig features a Double-Staggered Barb System to keep your baits locked in position. It's compact profile is perfect for smallmouth and spotted bass applications, or in any pressured fishery. Make no mistake about it's size, this jig is built to house a Victory 10360 in 2/0, 3/0, and 4/0 hook sizes that are not only incredibly sharp, but have all the strength needed to pull fish from heavy cover, all while remaining light enough for smallmouth and other lighter line applications.

We have tested all of the 60 degree hooks we carry and NONE of them will fit in this mold good enough for us to recommend them.

    Makes a great little jig that fits a variety of uses.... I have successfully used the Victory 11786BN as an alternate hook without any modification but did clip off half the baitholder to gain more "bite" with that hook. Great service from Barlow's as usual....
