Silicone Skirt Layers or Pads are used to make Jig and Spinner Bait Skirts. The layers are approximately 5.5" long and are slit to 20 strands except for 1⁄4" on each end which holds the strands together. A wide variety of colors, patterns, and strand widths are available.
At the end of the day barlows done it again.... I've bought from other sites, but nothing compares to the quality from barlows. Using other sites skirts i wear the glitter after making a spin bait, but not barlows. I was skeptical at first for the price plus shipping. In the end the quality is there and the price works out to be the same as the site that offered free shipping
