Low profile flat bank sinkers are good choices in areas where currents are strong. Other sinker styles might be pushed or roll with the current, but flat sinkers tend to stay put. They can also be pulled through most areas without snagging.

I use a Lee melting pot (10lb) I keep the temperature right at a seven or eight, once the mold heats up (I rest it on top of my pot) I start to pour. I have made hundreds of these sinkers and they look great! Also have about 15 molds from Do-It and they all work great! Main concern is making sure lead is clean, good flow and temperature (lead and mold)!
These molds are an absolute waste of money very poor quality. The hole where you pour the lead into is way to small you don’t get a good flow of lead into the cavity causing an incomplete weight. I contacted doit molds directly to discuss the issue and they told me my lead is not hot enough. But my lead works in other brand molds. Don’t waste your time or money with these molds
